CarPro ClearCut is an extremely fast-acting liquid abrasive designed from the ground up for efficiency, performance, and speed! Unlike other popular compounds on the market, ClearCut won't fool you by swelling paint or hiding water spots and scratches, only to see them reappear later! ClearCut is filler-free, so it wipes off completely. Use the CarPro Eraser to inspect the panel for paint defects.
Unlike compounds of the past, CarPro ClearCut has its own application method for optimal results... To reverse the traditional "heavy to light" method, we start with lighter pressure and finish heavy! Plus, I find I use a bit more compound with ClearCut than with traditional compounds. It's also low-dust and wipes off easily!
Instructions for use:
- Prime (clean dry pad) with a very thin layer of compound and add another 3-4 pea sized drops of product
- Spread product over the section you want to polish.
- Increase speed to HIGH speed with LOW pressure
- Use MINIMAL pressure for the first 2-3 passes and increase pressure with each pass
- Increase pressure with each pass, finishing with heavier pressure
- Once the scratches are gone or the polish has worked its way through, wipe it clean with a microfiber cloth
- Clean path
- Go to the next section -> Apply 6-8 pea-sized drops to the pad and repeat steps 2-7.
