487 is a polishing paste for removing moderate and deep defects (P1200-P1500) from clearcoat and gelcoat surfaces. It can be used with both rotary and orbital polishers. Excellent on old, fresh, and scratch-resistant clearcoats. It's also excellent on ultra-high-solid (soft) clearcoats. It leaves a brilliant finish without haze or holograms.
Virtus 487 Cut & Polish can be used on all automotive paints, including traditional clearcoats and low-VOC Ultra High Solid, air-drying clearcoats, scratch-resistant clearcoats, and all original equipment paints. It's perfect for plastics and polycarbonate.
