Ceramic Grease is a durable, high-quality ceramic grease. It is specially developed for applications requiring high pressure and temperature resistance. Due to its unique composition, the product does not flow even under severe conditions. Because this prevents seizing and annoying noise (anti-seize effect), it is ideal for brake pads, exhaust systems, wheel nuts, and machine parts. Because Ceramic Grease, unlike traditional copper grease, does not contain metal, it is non-conductive and therefore perfectly suited for ABS braking systems.
Ceramic Grease is silicone- and metal-free, ensuring it meets environmental guidelines regarding the use of heavy metals. The ceramic particles give it superior pressure and temperature resistance. Above the decomposition temperature of the grease and mineral oils, the ceramic particles remain intact. They provide lubrication, preventing seizing or other damage.
Ceramic Grease is also ideal for lubricating nuts and bolts during assembly. Even at high temperatures, it doesn't become brittle, and its excellent resistance to water and acids provides rust-inhibiting properties, guaranteeing effective protection against dirt and moisture. Using Ceramic Grease also makes nuts and bolts much easier to loosen. Because the product is metal-free, it also acts as an insulator between dissimilar metals, preventing contact corrosion. This is especially true when mounting rims. Ceramic Grease is available in two packaging formats: an aerosol and a dual-chamber pressure can.
The dual-chamber pressure can is environmentally friendly and guarantees a long shelf life. The special valve prevents nozzle clogging and prevents breakage. It also allows for one-handed operation. By attaching the included brush (Brush - AS 1500 / Ceramic Grease) to the nozzle, the product can be dispensed perfectly and lubricated with ease, for example, nuts and bolts.
The aerosol packaging is very user-friendly and easy to apply. The product is initially liquid upon application, allowing it to penetrate deeply between parts. Once the propellant has evaporated, a solid, pressure-resistant grease remains. The included nozzle with a straw makes it easy to treat even hard-to-reach areas.
