CQuartz DLUX is a glass coating suitable for both rims and plastic. This unique product isn't a wax, but a glass coating that provides long-lasting protection for your valuable rims and plastic parts. CQuartz DLUX can provide up to a year of protection.
When used on rims:
Prep work is crucial for long-lasting performance. Ensure the rims are thoroughly clean. Then, remove any adhered brake dust with Iron.X and any tar splatter with Tar.X. For the best results, the rims can be polished to remove any contaminants and minor scratches. Afterward, it's crucial to thoroughly degrease the rim with CarPro Eraser. Now, apply the DLUX using the included applicator pad and microsuede cloth. Treat small corners and spokes with a lint-free makeup pad. After 1 to 10 minutes (depending on the temperature), remove the residue with a microsuede cloth (this may be a bit stiff).
Use on plastic:
Ensure the surface is thoroughly clean, then thoroughly degrease with CarPro Eraser. Afterward, apply the DLUX with the included applicator pad and microsuede cloth or a lint-free makeup pad. Depending on the temperature, the residue should be removed with a microsuede cloth for between 1 and 10 minutes.
It is important not to expose the treated surface to water for 24 hours.
